Coach Zak Geroulis (Z-Fusion, zakgeroulis.com) is responsible for the personal data processed on this platform.
What we collect
Account details (name, username, contact email), profile data (birth date, height, weight, body composition), training logs, nutrition plans, check-in photos, and medical documents you choose to upload (blood tests, doctor's clearance).
Why we use it
Exclusively to deliver your 1:1 coaching: writing and adjusting your training and nutrition plans and monitoring progress and health safety.
Sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Only you and the coach can see your private files.
Storage & security
Data is kept in a secured hosted database with access rules per account. Photos and medical files are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links.
Cookies
We only use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the coach. Data is deleted when coaching ends, on request.
